Notice is hereby given that the Annual Parish Meeting will be held in the Coronation Hall, (Bar Area, enter through Polling Door) Mary Tavy on Wednesday 10th April 2019.

The meeting will commence at 6.30pm and end no later than 7.30pm.

The Parish Meeting is an opportunity for parishioners of Mary Tavy to raise any matters of concern that relate to their local community.

Councillors have chosen not to set a specific agenda. The evening will be in a relaxed informal format giving an opportunity for village organisations and individuals to come together to meet and exchange ideas.

Councillors will be available throughout the evening to take questions and discuss matters concerning the Parish. It would be helpful to have written notice of any specific matters to be raised but it is not essential. Matters can be raised at the meeting without prior notice.

For any queries, please contact;
